The ingredients needed to make Burrito bowl:

  2. Make ready 1 can beans
  3. Prepare 3 1/2 slice chicken breasts
  4. Prepare 1 Onion, Green Red and Yellow Bell peppers .
  5. Get Shredded Lettuce
  6. Make ready shredded cheese (any you'd like)
  7. Get sour cream

From there, you can pile on healthy toppings like sautéed veggies, guacamole, homemade Pico de Gallo, black beans, corn, and more. This burrito bowl recipe with spice-rubbed chicken, cilantro-lime quinoa (or rice), beans, vegetables, and an addictive chipotle sauce is a meal you'll want to make over and over again! The burrito bowl is perfect for a person like me who lives alone. The cream is very similar what I am using down which is my new favorite salad dressing and has been for a few months.

Instructions to make Burrito bowl:
  1. Add a little bit of Oil to the pan & throw in Small cut pieces of chicken breast along with onions and bell peppers.
  2. Season the fajitas with any seasonings you would like…. I use Salt, black Pepper, Garlic powder and powder chili. Cook until done.
  3. Boil your white rice, i like to put water in the pan add 1 table spoon of butter and chicken flavor. Then mix rice until its done.
  4. Use any beans u want. I was lazy and used a Can of beans with (jalapeno) and added 1 tablespoon of cour cream 1 hand full of shredded cheese and mixed till it was done
  5. Once you've finished cooking your Chicken fajitas, rice and beans. Grab a plate and go by order..
  6. 1 spoon full of rice, 1 spoon full of beans, 1 spoon of chicken fajitas, 1 handful of Lettuce, 1 handful of shredded cheese and last but not least 1 table spoon of sour cream.

Some of my favorites include my green enchiladas, taco soup and chicken taco bowls. These one pot burrito bowls have now been added to the list! We like to get burrito bowls from Chipotle, but aren't thrilled with paying for it several times a week. This isn't anything I'd claim as a clone, but is inspired by Chipotle/QDoba's burrito bowls. As a bonus, it's pretty good without any meat, making it a really viable option to serve a mixed group of vegetarian/carnivores for a party.
