In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning; remove from skillet and set aside. Fold tortilla, tucking in ends, and fasten with wooden toothpicks.

  2. Get 2 chicken breasts

  7. Get 1 dash garlic powder

  12. Prepare 1 packages shredded cheese

Fold the sides of the tortilla closest to the meat over onto the meat. Beginning with one of the unfolded ends, roll the tortilla into a log, enclosing the meat. In a large skillet, brown meat and drain. Add in onion and chile or possibly enchilada sauce.

Steps to make Fried burritos:
  1. Boil, or cook your chicken in a skillet until done. Let cool and shred
  2. Chop up onion
  3. Cook your rice. But mix in the lemon and pepper seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder once you put the rice in and mix well.
  4. Open jar of salsa, shredded cheese, refried beans, and queso( if you have it) on side.
  5. On a plate put all tortillas in a pile and have extra plate to put them on when you make them.
  6. Ok put a spoon full of refried beans in the middle of the tortilla and spread smooth.
  7. Put chicken on top of the beans. Then onion. shredded cheese. Salsa. Queso. And rice. Spoon fulls of each. 2 of the rice.
  8. Fold in sides, then one middle. Put a little dab of refried beans on the side Then close other side (this keeps them from opening up when you fry them)
  9. Heat up your deep fryer or skillet with oil in it.
  10. Fry for maybe 1-2 minutes. Depending on how hot your oil is.
  11. Top with sour cream or whatever you want and enjoy!

Heat several inches of hot oil in an electric fryer or heavy pot. To make the burritos for the freezer: chill the meat mixture prior to assembling the burritos. Soft flour tortillas are loaded with seasoned ground beef, lemon butter rice and cheese. The outside of the burrito is then pan fried to make them crispy and down right fabulous.
