The ingredients needed to make Pancake Recipe:
  1. Take 2 eggs
  2. Get 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  3. Get 2 tbsp milk
  4. Take 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  5. Get 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp powder sugar

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the centre and pour in milk, egg and oil. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and caster sugar into a large bowl. In a separate bowl or jug, lightly whisk together the milk and egg, then whisk in the melted butter.

Instructions to make Pancake Recipe:
  1. First separate the egg whites from the yolk in 2 different bowls
  2. Add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk mix well and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence and continue mixing until you get a consistent batter
  3. In 2nd bowl of egg white, add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir well. Beat the mixture until its foamy.
  4. Now add 3 tablespoons of powder sugar and beat the mixture until you get nice fluffy batter. this is a very important step. If you see that the better is runny you could add more powder sugar to it
  5. Take one third of this batter and mix it to the yolk
  6. And then add remaining of it and mix well gently.
  7. Now take a pan and heat it on a medium flame. Grease it with some butter. Next time I'm not going use butter or anything. Add one scoop of the batter. Pour a teaspoon of water in the pan and close the lid. Let it cook for 2 minutes on a very slow flame.
  8. After 2 minutes add another scoop of batter. Pour some water on the sides and close the lid. Let it cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
  9. Now flip the pancake. Again add teaspoon of water at the sides. Close the lid and let the other side of the pancake cook for another 3 or 4 minutes
  10. Serve hot with chunks of salted butter :)

Melt the butter (or a drizzle of oil if you want to be a bit healthier) in a large non-stick frying pan on a medium heat, then tilt the pan so the butter coats the surface. Transfer the pancakes to a wire rack or some kitchen towel on a plate. Now let the children go wild with their choice of toppings. We like raspberries and mascarpone, banana and honey, blueberries and yogurt or pear and crème fraîche. Method The easiest way to make these is to put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz.
