I'd recommend testing a few to begin with to perfect the cook time and desired size. Mix all ingredients together until batter has a smooth consistency with no lumps. Batter should not be too thin or too thick. Cook until golden brown, flipping once.

Instructions to make Coconut pancake:
  1. In a bowl sieve your flour, add powdered milk, sugar,baking powder, butter, flavour, grated coconut and mix
  2. Add the eggs and whisk, then add the milk continue whisking until you foam a thick batter
  3. Place a non stick frying pan on fire, brush with little oil or butter pour your batter and fry in a low heat until bubbles form, turn the other site too. Serve with sugar syrup and coconut

Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes so the coconut flour can absorb the liquids. Melt butter or coconut oil in a skillet or non stick frying pan over a low heat. Two to three pancakes per pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined, whisk in the coconut oil.
